Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Websites can also save information in your browser’s “local storage” or “session storage”. This page lists what our website stores, and what Cloudflare and YouTube may store when their services run on our pages.
No analytics or advertising cookies
We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, and we don’t load Google Tag Manager. If we start using them, we will update this page and ask for your consent before any of them load.

Remembers how you first arrived: campaign tags, the Google click ID (gclid), your first page and the website that sent you. It’s sent to us only with an enquiry or a results request | Session storage on our site | Until you close the browser tab |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Checks that a person, not a bot, is using the enquiry form. Cloudflare says Turnstile doesn’t use cookies. It reads signals such as your IP address and browser type, and gives the form a one-time token | Token, not a cookie | The token expires after 5 minutes |
Turnstile loads only when you reach our enquiry form. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Videos
Our videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
- Before you press play, nothing loads from YouTube: we show our own placeholder picture.
- The YouTube player loads only when you press play. From then on, YouTube may store cookies and similar data in your browser, under Google’s policies.
- Google says that videos watched in privacy-enhanced mode aren’t used to personalise your YouTube experience, or the ads you see on other websites.
Other services
- WhatsApp: our WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which Meta owns and which has its own privacy policy.
How to remove what we store
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser’s settings.
